The Future of Work: AI and People
I have been head down working on tackling problems for 15 years. This is the first time that I have had time to assess, ” What do I want to do next?”
Based on my background as a Staffing Executive and the intersection of the world today, the opportunity I see is to understand how people are going to partner with Artificial Intelligence as this partnership will define the future of work.
My professional experience has been developing teams of people to drive results. My future is developing teams of people empowered with AI to drive results.
Big Questions:
– Where do you start?
– How fast will this change occur?
– How do we develop a digital workforce?
– How do you drive bigger results with AI empowered teams?
As I set out toward this new future, I am partnering with AI to fuel my own job search to answer some of these critical questions about the future. I am using LLM’s like chatGPT, Agentic AI like Manus and exploring what else is out there.
